               Following are the term of use of our products and services requested on our website i.e. www.quickhomeo.com  and allied portals. Please note these are subject to change without prior notice. It is a prudent practice to frequently read our Terms of Use for any alteration we may exercise to be able to serve you better.

               This Terms of Use also enumerates various methods of consuming medicines for your reference and better understanding.

  1. Only sealed medicines ( each unit sealed separately ) procured on our prescription must be accepted as authentic. Please intimate us any discrepancies immediately to get clarification if any from our designated representative . We may clarify further through electronic medium. You are requested not to start medication till the issue is satisfactorily resolved. Medicines administered by Homoeopath on one-to-one physical consultation are not sealed . Please take note of this.
  2. Any medicine  prescribed to you will have a detailed description in you account on our website quickhomeo.com . The same will also be digitally conveyed to you. It is advised to tally the same before starting medication to avoid errors. You may talk to our Homoeopath regarding any further clarification.
  3. Medicines are prescribed only and only for the individual who requests the said treatment and has provided true information of the illness and other questions asked in the course ot Homoeopathic consultation either verbal or digital.. We take no responsibility for good or adverse effects of the medicines if consumed accidentally or purposefully by anyone other than the said patient.
  4. We take proper care (about the quantity and quality) , for the medicines to last for the duration of days , the medicine is prescribed / ordered for. Any claims beyond the date of end of duration will not be entertained or accepted. Duration period is from the time of receipt of prescription and not from the time of bying over the counter medicine , till 12 midnight of the last day of the end of duration period.Eg. 1 week medicines prescription received on 2nd day of the month will be valid till 8th day midnight.
  5. Communication : Not more than 3 telephonic communications of not more than 3 minutes  are allowed per week . You may communicate digitally as much as you wish. We assure prompt reply to your messages and clarify your querries.
  6. Call Backs : We may communicate with you every week to know your progress. This communication is mostly digital , sometimes we may talk to you . We request you to avail comfortable timings to us , so that we do not disturb you . Again the call would be short and precise.
  7. We do not ask for bank details , password or any such information in any way other that what you provide us during placing order and payments. These information is well protected through security socket lockers (SSL) software for the website and the payment card industry data security standards (PCI DSS) when handling branded credit cards from major card scheme.

 

HOW TO TAKE THE MEDICINES

        Medicines are administered in the following 4 types

a.Pills

b.Pellets

c.Clear Liquids

d.Mother tincture

e.Powders

f.Ointments

g.Oils / Lotions

  1. Inhalants
  2. Soaps / Shampoos / Applicants
  3. Paste / face-packs / gels

               Details of their usage will be provides individually with the prescription and/or digitally conveyed on the registered mode of digital communitaion i.e. phone number / e-mail id.

               Homoeopathic medicines can be consumed along with medicines of any other system of medicine. No dangerous cross-reactions have been reported and proved to be due to Homoeopathic medicines.

               Adverse reactions of Homoeopathic medicines are rare and self limiting. The discomfort reduces and ceases to exist within 1 hour of stopping the medicines. There are no long term adverse effects of Homoeopathic medicines reported.

              

SOME INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Take Homoeopathic medicines in the respective bottle caps or container provided for the purpose. Do not take these medicines directly or in your palms.
  2. Do not eat or drink anything 5 minutes prior(before) and 5 minutes after conduming Homoeopathic medicines. The idea is to keep your mouth as dry as possible ffor best action. Also oral flavours or smell may reduce the dose efficacy.
  • There are no major food restriction with our medicines. If any they are either beneficial or illness related restrictions.
  1. In case of children , an adult must administer or supervise the dosage.
  2. Do not use medicines prescribed by us for someone else, even in the same illness. Our prescriptions are person specific and may do more harm than benefit you.
  3. Never buy / use over the counter medicines . We will prescribe them through competent authorities whenever the need arises.

 

How to take pills /pellets            

  1. Set the bottles upright in sequence ( when more than 1 ). Take pills in respective cap , count carefully and immediately empty it into your mouth. It is preferred to place the pills below the tongue. This area is rich with nerve ending that enhance drug action.
  2. Take medicine from the next bottle , in the same manner as above.
  3. If liquid medicine is to be taken with pills. Let the pills desolate completely and the take the liquid.

 

How to take liquid medicines

  1. Place the bottle upright in sequence. Place the container of water ( about 30 ml ) next to it. In case the water quantity is more take it accordingly in a convenient container .
  2. Tilt the medicine bottle gradually till drop starts falling into the liquid container. Count exact drops prescribed and stop.
  3. Shake the liquid gradually and gulp it , preferably in 1 sip. Wash the container and use for the next medicine or for the next time.
  4. Do not mix 2 liquid medicines or pilss and liquid together.

 

How to use oils / ointments

  1. Be specific and confirm about the oil/ ointment and the area to be applied upon.
  2. Do not apply oils / ointments on delicate parts( eyes , inside ear , inside nose , inside mouth ) or genitals. There are separate specific oils / ointments for these parts.
  3. Apply oils/ointments gently on the affected area , do not press or rub vigorously , it may do more damage that benefit. Cover the part for some time with a soft cloth.
  4. Do not apply oils / ointments on injured parts . ulcers or skin infections.
  5. Test the oils / ointments on a small area at the back of your hand to test for allergy. Apply for half an hour and look for adverse reactions like redness , swelling itching or severe burning sensation. Intimate us immediately.

 

How to use powders

               Powders are mostly used as single dose per day. The same instructions as in pills can be followed. Open the powder pouch and empty it directly in your mouth.

 

                              Homeopathy is a simple gentle way of treating your illness. Like its action , its overdose reactions are also gentle and slow. Don’t panic. Let us know whatever happens. We will allay your doubts and set you on the road to recovery.
