Dear ones,

               Thanks for considering us as your treatment partner. Homoeopathy believes in precise , quick , reasonable and safe treatment of all illness you may suffer.

Our shipping policy is aimed at providing treatment to you at the earliest. The guidelines for the same are as follows :

  1. We will contact you digitally / verbally or visually , once you place your order. This is to understand your suffering in depth.
  2. Once the priscription / advice brochers are ready , they are securely packed according to the destination and instructions labelled accordingly.
  3. 1st batch is dispatched at 6pm every day , except Sunday.
  4. 2nd batch is dispatched at 12 noon( IST ) the next working day.
  5. You are informed as per information provided by our courier agency .
  6. You may track shipments according to the tracking number we will provide you.
  7. Normally shipment takes 2 to 7 days to reach you from the date of placement of order.

 

What wrong can happen :

  1. Shipment not dispatched in time. / Not attended at our end.

        In that case we will correct our mistake promptly and contact you digitally / verbally or visually , to understand your present state and make necessary changes in the prescription. Cancellation is not possible in this scenario. For cancellation policy you may click here.

  1. Shipment not delivered by the courier service provider.

In this case we will ascertain the reasons of the same and take necessary steps . We may provide you new medicines through different courier service at no extra cost.

  1. Shipment not received.

This can happen due to errors on your side. We can easily overcome this. We will intimate you about the arrival of the documents well in advance so that you can make alternate arrangements to receive them.
