RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Prescription / advice brocher given by us is solely based on the information ( including name and address) and symptom selection by the patient. It is non-transferable .

               The process of placing order , case analysis , preparation of Prescription / advice brocher and dispatch takes about 4 to 12 working hours. Our cancellation and refund policies  are based on these.

1. Orders placed before 2pm (IST) , called 1^st batch , will be dispatched by 6pm(IST) same day , except Sunday.
2. Cancellation of 1^st batch is possible till 5pm (IST) same day.
3. Orders placed after 2pm (IST) called 2^nd batch, are processed next working day 12noon(IST).
4. Cancellation of 2^nd batch is possible till 11am (IST) next day.

No cancellation or refund is entertained after the stipulated time.

Refund will be done solely through the channel of payment initiated by you. Transfer of fund or advance payments and credits are not entertained.

In case of long term subscriptions , you will be provide with coupons to be redeemed against products on the website only.

Long term subscriptions and over the counter purchases of medicines are not allowed except when instructed by our Homoeopath to do so.

We do not guarantee or warranty any products or its efficacy. Our sole aim is to provide best suited treatment according to the information provided by you.

Logistic delays are a cause of concern for us too. Please co-operate with us in case your documents get stuck / damaged somewhere. We will compensate you appropriately.
